Multiple Instance Reward Program. Can you assign and track points on several surveys/same panel?

If I use the same panel for different surveys and would like to set a reward system in which users get a number of points per question or survey answered, can I track those points in Qualtrics and how? I found something in Youtube where someone assigns points per question but it's unclear how to track afterwards and whether points can be added up over several surveys to set a Multiple Instance reward program. I also found an Incentive points field when I go into each contact's statistics but from what I have not found how to feed information there. *My panel is not anonymous and I am not interested in the system managing the gift cards. I just want it to track the incentive points. Thank you!
