@karen_split-pin do you mean for the Qualtrics mail servers? If so, they could set up an SPF Record or an SMTP Relay. More info here: https://qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/distributions-module/email-distribution/using-a-custom-from-address/ It is work that will have to be done on the server side of your client, but it'd be relatively easy. If they don't want to do this, maybe you can make the argument on the benefits of sending via the Qualtrics Mailer (easier follow up and contact tracking, reminders, thank you's, etc). Good luck!
