Need 2 end survey options

Hi folks,
I need two end survey options:
The first one, which I have already created, for when someone clicks "I do not consent to take part"; that takes them to an end survey page and out.
I also need an end survey page for those who have completed the survey. It seems that if the one above is already set, then that's it I cannot have this second option. SUrely I must be missing something?
How can I have both end survey options?
I've looked at the many threads on here but cannot see an answer (sometimes these answers are aimed at geeky people, which I am not 😉).
Any thoughts anyone (simple and clear answers please!)
