Need to save survey response in html format

There is a requirement such that the survey response's html content pages needs to be saved so that client can use it for evidence or reference. Is there a way to do this?

Qualtrics have a feature to show response summary after completing the survey or after any section/block. I think this option can help you to show the respondent the summary of response report and this report is downloadable.

    thats good that it provide the summary of response
    however what the client wanted was in the responses table, they can somehow access the summary of response in the same format as the html survey
    is that possible? its a peculiar request i understand

    Actually, ignore my point about the responses table
    Is there any way for respondents to see their responses after completing a survey?

    Sorry what i meant was is there any way to see their own responses after they have closed the survey browser tab? I note that in survey termination one can set "show response summary", but can the respondent see the responses the next day in case they forgot what they entered?
