Hey All,
We are currently in the process of revamping our NPS survey and trying to bring some innovation to what is essentially a stale process. Have you seen or done anything innovative with the Qualtrics survey platform that was well received? Some of the ideas we are exploring are a "choose your adventure" sort of feel or potentially inclusion of videos or media. Each of those come with their own limitations. Would love to hear some things you've tried. Maybe you tried something new and it didn't resonate...would love to hear about that as well!
