No option for raw data export, only import

Hi,
In the guidance for exporting response data, there is a Export & Import function in Data section of the Data & Analysis tab.
image.pngHowever, my survey only has Import function as you can see below and therefore I can only download reports of the response data, not the raw data. Does anybody know how to fix this as I need raw data in CSV format?

    If this is a shared survey or you are a collaborator then check if you are allowed with this permission. Else ask your brand administrator to grant this permission of exporting data.
