Not showing the Web Page

I saved a word file as a Web Page, (*.html) file. I added its URL into my questions via Link (Ctrl+K). When I click on it, neither in Preview Question nor in Look & Feel, Qualtrics shows the web page. The link to my (*.html) begins with file:///C:/ How can I fix it?
