passing an embedded 3 embedded field from an email to a survey data without using an internal list

I want to use a 3rd party (for automation purpose) to send an email to a specific group of customers. I am inviting these customers to take a survey on the Qualtrics platform. This email should pass 3 fields to the survey databas (i.e. email adress, language and a date) I cannot use the list system for this task. How should I program the syrvey flow to receive these fields ? (i.e. fields name = whatever... or something else.) How should I program the fileds in my email (seperated or attached to the URL ?) thanks you in advance ! JD

    I would use the survey URL to do it. Add to the URL the information you're looking for: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-flow/standard-elements/passing-information-through-query-strings/ Then use the survey flow to capture the data from the URL: ! Alteratively, you might want to use an authenticator: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-flow/advanced-elements/authenticator/authenticator-overview/
