Pausing Survey deleted responses?
To Whom It May Concern,
I had a survey in Qualtrics I was running which I wanted to Pause. I exercised that option but now it seems like the 13 or so responses we had received have disappeared. Nothing I do seems to bring them back. Why would Pause delete all of our data, what sense does that make?
I also cannot seem to share the survey with anyone else: The "Collaborate" option is grayed out. I am the creator of this survey; If I don't have 'sharing rights', I don't know who does.
+11Do you have responses set to delete? If so, that's what I would have guessed happened: the threshold passed while it was paused.
As far as the Collaborate option: that's set by user, by the brand admin. You could check with them to see if those rights are enabled on your user account.
