Hi all,
I am planning to provide a certificate after my participants finish responding to my questionnaire. Is it possible to identify participants who decide to download the PDF? I need to be able to know the names and/or email addresses of the people who download the certificate, not necessarily who takes the survey itself.

Assuming you are using Response summary PDF download option, then one of the solution is to use update response API to update the embedded data of that respondent, if he/ she clicks the "Download" link.

I do not believe i set up the Response Summary PDF download option. I have a couple questions, since i am unfamiliar with these options/customization. What does the Response Summary PDF download option do? Also, where would I insert the update response API code you linked? Would I use all the code listed on the update response API web page?
