Piped Text not loading in Message Library

Hi All, I need to add few piped text questions and embedded data to my end of survey messages. That field is showing blank for me since morning. I'm unable to contact support. Is anyone else facing this issue? However, I'm able to view the piped text within my survey questions. Please help, any idea what is the problem?

Thanks for replying.. when I posted this question, I was unable to access the feature "I have a different support request". I was getting redirected to a page called " you don't have access to this survey". However, today it is working for me and I have raised a ticket. I'm still facing the above problem with my account.
