Presenting full screen uploaded videos

To Qualtrics community good day, I have a problem presenting full screen uploaded videos. I used a descriptive text>rich content editor>video icon and then uploaded an FLV file (with mute audio)>advanced settings, then set the dimensions to 1350X450 to fit to a full screen, but the video will show neither in the preview nor when I activated the study and not even when I uploaded a video from YouTube. Could you please help me?

Hello @Rakefet , One of the reason may be you are using trial account. (As custom code is not supported in trial account)
