Prevent correct answers from showing

Hi! I have created a multiple choice diagnostic assessment and setup the scoring so that they get a point whenever they select the right answer and 0 if they dont. Since they need to take the assessment before and after the program, I don't want them to see the right answers but I cant seem to find a way to do that. It is always showing the score and a summary of the participants response with the correct answer highlighted. How do I prevent this?

PS: I want just the default end of survey message or a custom message saying "Thank you for taking the assessment." so I don't want to use the other Survey Termination Options if I can.
