We have a simple 4-question survey. Some users on a Mac are saying that they completed the survey, but they aren't receiving the confirmation email from Qualtrics and they data isn't showing up at all. We have over 500 responses since yesterday, so the survey is definitely working, but there seems to be a problem with Mac users. Any clues?
