I have a URL that contains a search bar, and in the search bar you would enter a last name or first name and click enter. From there, an employee and their information such as email, title, etc. would appear.

In my Qualtrics survey, I have fields last name, first name, email, etc. Is there a way to populate these fields by pulling information directly from the directory URL?
