Q_PopulateResponse with Personal links

Hello, I am trying to distribute a survey and pre-populate the first question with Q_PopulateResponse. This works when i am using the anonymous survey link, but not when i test with the personal survey URL. Example: Anonymous https://anonymoussurvey.com?Q_PopulateResponse={"QID12":"6"} works Personal https://personalurl.com?Q_DL=eP9FEsGbxCpms1T_e4MEXjvnBrcLMqh_CGC_a44PK5kPxm4gWJT&Q_PopulateResponse={"QID12":"6"}
