Qualtrics Capability

Qualtrics is mostly a "build your own survey platform". You certainly can send survey to any segment you wish, but you need to supply the people.

You can either do that by uploading your own list (if you company CRM has these people, or you're using a marketing database).

If you don't have a list of these emails sitting around already, reach out to a "Panel Provider". Panel companies help match businesses like yours to people who can take surveys. Qualtrics does have in in-house "Research Department" that provides panels. You might be able to talk to them to see if they can create a panel of wealth managers large enough for you. Alternatively, look to competitor panel provider companies like Ipsos, GFk, etc..
You locate the people. You create a survey questionnaire on the Qualtrics Platform. And your panel provider will help you get the people to the survey.
