I am currently using Redcap for a longitudinal data collection project. We have a team of community health workers who meet with clients, and we are collecting data on these interactions between CHW & client. Can Qualtrics handle this sort of a project - sort of maintaining long-term records of client files that can be updated constantly and are subject to the number of interactions/needs of the client?
We ultimately transfer the data into SPSS for analysis, but are curious to see if Qualtrics could work for this sort of data entry work.
Thanks!

My best answer is no.
One challenge here is that Qualtrics is meant for surveys that are started and completed in one go. If a survey were partially completed for client x at 9AM, then the health worker moved on to complete a survey for client y at 10AM, there would be no way to go back and complete the survey for client x.
We successfully use Qualtrics in our public school district for a variety of purposes, but have been unable to get around this limitation. It is a limiting factor that keeps us from using the platform for employee evaluation and other projects that have needs similar to what you describe.

Using triggers, Recontact links and contact list triggers you can do this, read below post;:
