For a Drag and Drop question, when we use piping text feature, we can find option to pipe Rank of the item.
But if we need to pipe the group label to which an item is assigned, then how we can do this? How we can identify Group Label to which an item has been assigned?

This would be little lengthy.
We have to check this using branch logic that is for which group the item is selected and accordingly assing the value to an embedded data (Eg: GroupLabel)
