First of all I would like to create a matrix question (with drop down list). Now I would like to have 2 columns. Can I change that or do I have to create 2 questions? Thank you.

On my first page of the survey, I ask the people to choose a bank. This choice is important for the rest of the survey. Is it possible to show the chosen bank on the following survey-pages in the intro/top? Thank you very much.
