Hi,
I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced this, but in one of our surveys we are now missing a question. No one in our team has deleted the question, and when you look in data and analytics it is still being answered by respondents but it isn't in the list of survey questions or in the report anymore. Our account manager and support haven't gotten back to us after numerous requests and we need to get the question back for reporting purposes.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

can you see this question in survey flow.
No it's not in the survey flow anymore! Support have come back to me and said that the location is still being supplied through the embedded data, but that doesn't explain why the question has gone missing in the first place. These surveys are answered on iPads in receptions and we never edit the survey at all.
Strange... As it never happened with me that question get deleted itself. You can check in to survey log when it got deleted and by whom. You can go to tools and check survey version history.
I experience the same problem. I duplicated a previously used survey and one question is now missing when viewing the survey from the survey tab (both in the original survey and the duplicated one). However, if I preview the survey(s) the question is displayed properly. This question is also part of a display logic and I do not get any error messages that the question is missing. I now want to remove this question but I can't because it's not displayed. Has one of you maybe found a solution yet? 😃
Hi @gabbie_richards3! It sounds like you were able to use out Support specialist recommendation to use the Embedded Data to capture that information. If you have any additional questions, be sure to respond to the email thread with the specialist you were working with!
Hi @leviekarssen! If you have not yet already, I would recommend reaching out to our Support Team, as they will best be able to troubleshoot this issue with you!
I have the same problem- whats the fix?
