I'm trying to replicate a paper form wherein the user enters a specific eligibility number like the picture below. It's one number but needs to be broken out into separate pieces and I need to avoid having any dashes. Ideally, when you entered 2 numbers in the first 2 boxes it would skip to the next set of 3 boxes.I appreciate any help y'all can offer!

I was able to build it like this with the side by side question type. The boxes have a max character limit, but I would really love it if it could automatically skip to the next box when you hit the character limit on one box.
