A participant informed me that they received the following message where they should have received a random id:
Your Secret Key is: [ blank ]
CD Error: Dynamic Secret Parameters Missing
At first I thought they were not being honest about it, especially because I did not use the term "secret key" on my random id page. However, I found out that—occasionally—some people do get the so-called "CD error" message when completing surveys in other platforms.
Has anybody come across this issue in Qualtrics?
