We are running a survey with 7200 subjects. Our first question asks about their party identification. For now, let's say that the options are X, Y, Z, T. We want 3600 of our subjects to be X supporters and the rest to be Y, Z, or T supporters. Hence, once the quote for 3600 respondents is filled, say, for party X, we want remaining party X supporters to be sent to a custom termination page so that they would not be able to take the survey, but the rest of the parties' supporters should still be able to continue until 7200 people number is reached. Or, vice versa: that is, if all the other parties' supporters answer the survey and we reach 3600 subjects with them, we want the rest of those people to be sent to the termination page, and only party X supporters to be allowed to continue to the survey until we reach to 7200 survey takers. Is this possible to arrange?

Yes, you can achieve this with Quotas. You'll want one quota for X supporters and one for Y or Z or T supporters.
