Re-indexing results

Hi,
I have conducted a survey whereby we got 50 participants but have since had to delete 10 responses with the total now being 40.
However, the other 10 responses are still present on qualtrics and in the data analysis, which it says they are still removing but it has been over 4 weeks now.
Is there a way to delete these to adjust the data analysis? I think it needs re-indexing if i have read things correctly, if so how do i do this?

Sometimes I have had to delete responses multiple times for it to show that they are actually gone.
If you do need to reindex, you can go into your Survey Flow and create a new variable that does nothing (name it "Reindex" and set it equal to 0, or something like that). Once you do that, go back to the Data & Analysis tab and it should start reindexing.
