I am looking to recode my current numbered satisfaction question which is set as a NPS scale from 0-10 to a 1-5 scale.
Is there best practice for the equation?
Is it simply the 11 points on the 0-10 scale converted to be divisible by 5 points?

+43For NPS it is generally 3 recode values
0-6 as Promoter
7-8 as Passives
9-10 as detractor.
