Regarding the quota.
+2Can anyone help me to understand how to implement this task:
QUOTA 75 COMPLETES, GO TO Q2
There is no option "To go to another question" There are only ones which are listed in the photo.

If Q2 is after Q1 you can simply add a display logic using the specified quota as shown in image below.
