Reminder emails to opt out members
+6It appears that members of my panel that have opted out are still receiving the reminder invite for the same survey. Does anyone know if this is standard when using Qualtrics without Directory IQ.

That does not seem normal- they shouldn't be getting reminders if they opted out of the panel. I'd reach out to support directly to have them help you troubleshoot.
