Remove a text entry question from a multiple choice question

Hi,
In my survey I asked participants to comment on their answer in a mc question. Unfortunately I did not use a new question for this. It looks like this:
Question: Count
1... 5
2... 2
3... 4
4: Comment 6
Total 17 --> while there were only 11 participants.
So in the analysis the numbers are not right, as the comments are counted as answers. How can I seperate the text entries from the analysis?
