Good morning,
I have been informed that the links included in a reminder email is not accessible. They are getting messages that "you completed or timed out". This is happening to some that have not yet opened the survey. Is there a way to resend these people a new link without them bouncing back? If I download history, they are indicated as 'email sent'. I would appreciate any advice. We are trying to complete them today.

If you create a new email list with the non-respondents, upload it to Qualtrics, and send to them in a new distribution they should be able to use the new links to access the survey.
I would also check in your Survey Options to make sure the Email Scan Roadblock has been turned on, if you can. If respondents' email security scanners caused the issue, then turning on that setting would help prevent more respondents from getting locked out of the survey in the future.
