I used the wrong order for the 5-point Likert scale of my Survey. Currently, answers of 'I highly agree' get a score of 1 and answers of 'I highly disagree' get a score of 5. As a consequence, my descriptive statistics feel very counterintuitive. Can I still change the order of the Lickert scale (reverse code it) while gathering data? Will Qualtrics recalculate the answers of the participants who already filled out the survey? If so, how do I do this? Many thanks in advance.

Hey @Pieter
If you change the recode value('I highly agree'=5 and so on) then it will update the score in backend and also impact on already collected data.
Note: Before doing any changes make sure to back up the data to check the post changing the recode values.
