Review who marked as complaint
+1We recently had our first complaint from a survey that went out and our compliance team (I work at a bank) has requested that we have a record of who that individual is so we can mark them in our core system. I know I can pull a list of opt-outs, but they are dead set on knowing that it was an opt-out because of spam. Anyone know how best to do this, or if it is even possible?
