Hi all, I am a newbie to the platform.I need to come up with a score with multiple conditions under different questions, how can I do that?Say for blood pressure, I have set up 2 questions - 1 for systolic blood pressure and 1 for diastolic, what should I do in order to come up with a blood pressure score ranging from 0-4 according to the below table?

In the survey flow we need to use branch logic to compare the user inputs and accordingly assign the embedded data a score. Their will be approximate 10-14 branch logic.
