Hi all, I am a newbie to the platform.
I need to come up with a score with multiple conditions under different questions, how can I do that?
Say for blood pressure, I have set up 2 questions - 1 for systolic blood pressure and 1 for diastolic, what should I do in order to come up with a blood pressure score ranging from 0-4 according to the below table?
