Sending in-mail surveys | XM Community

Hi all,

I would like to know if qualtrics allows sending in-mail surveys. The ask is to send surveys, which the recipient can fill from the mail, rather than being re-directed to a different site. I know google docs has this feature, but that doesn't seem to work with Outlook in Windows. Kindly let me know if Qualtrics has such a feature.

Yes you can embed a survey in email with Qualtrics emailing, go through below for how to

@Raghu - The answer to you question is - No, there is no way to complete a survey without being redirected to Qualtrics. However, you can include the first question of a survey in the email. It then redirects to the Qualtrics survey when a user selects an answer.
@bansalpeeyush29 , @TomG . Thanks for your response guys. I'm looking at completing the full survey in-mail, very similar to surveys we send out on google docs. @bansalpeeyush29 , the link you referred me to helps embed a single question in the mail and this is again redirected to the qualtrics link like @TomG mentioned. I, however wanted the complete experience to be in-mail rather than being re-directed to a new link. Just wanted to check the possibility of this. From the looks, it seems such a feature isn't currently supported by Qualtrics. If you've got a contradicting opinion, kindly post that.

yeah it is not possible to embed entire survey, you can raise this as feature request:
