When I apply a matrix style question (13 statements with 7 possible choices, rows(statements) randomized), is it possible to have the statements appear one at a time? Or even better, appearing one at a time and singular.

You can achieve this effect with a multiple choice question inside a loop & merge block where the statements are a piped loop & merge field with the loop & merge randomized.
