Hi, How can I make a slider bur with custom gridline, where the first level is 0, the next is 20%, then 50%, 80% and 100%?

Use the slider question type. You could change the grid lines to 5 to get the levels 0, 20, 40, 60, 80, 100. Do not snap to grid if you want them to answer 50.
