Spell Check option should be made available in Closed loop
While writing some text in comments or "Send Email", sometimes there are typo errors and without spell check feature they are difficult to correct.

when clicking on this link, I get a permission problem message. I have the same suggestion about spell check - do you have a status update on this functionality?
