I have paper surveys that I have placed on the qualtrics program. I am ready to place the answers to the surveys from my participants to qualtrics. How do I do this? thanks so much

If you already have a data on paper or in some online format, then you need to convert the data into the CSV format, but it some formatted columns, so that it matches with the survey format.
