Is there a solution to solve the issue of symbols appearing on the word document when exporting the data from a Qualtrics csv export file to a syntax word document? Punctuations such as ' on the Qualtrics response appears as a symbol when exported to a word document. Thanks.

Symbols appear on word document when exporting survey questions from Qualtrics.

Export the data in TSV format and it will not show the symbol because it uses the UTF-16 text encoding.
