Technology company is revamping their NPS. Do we need to send to end users?

We're planning to relaunch the NPS survey and sending to buyers and system administrators. We are not including product questions with the survey but instead focusing on client satisfaction. Getting asked if we need to include the end users?

@Frontline2020 Hello Jan, can you give us a little bit more of information? Usually NPS surveys should be taken by people who lived an important point in the journey map. If you want to test the survey you can send it to a little sample of end users and they will answer based on their complete experience, it depends on what you want to know or you want to measure.
