Training & Pulse Survey Rollout Guides for Leaders

Anyone have engagement/pulse survey results rollout guides/templates they'd like the share with me? Just trying to create something for our leaders and HR partners to use as they discuss results and determine actions with their teams. I created a rollout guide for our leaders as part of our last pulse, but it was too broad. Any thoughts would be helpful! I was also thinking of doing a 'video' and quick demo overview of how to 'read' your results - anyone do this?
