Hi
I have just distributed my survey and was wanting to view the data so far, is it possible to click on "data and analysis" and extract the data while the survey is still going ? Or can I only do this once data collection is complete?

Yes, you can anytime pull the data/ export the data, add filters in data analysis tab to check the data, etc.
