What do 'SPSS Syntax File' and 'Corresponding Data' mean under 'More Options' when exporting data?

I'm looking to export my survey responses, and am going to export to SPSS. Under 'More Options' it lists 'SPSS Syntax File' and 'Corresponding Data' as alternative download options - does anyone know what these mean? I can't seem to find anything on the support pages.

The syntax file and corresponding data can be used to build the spss file after download. Helpful for quickly checking variables. If you want to use spss, I'd recommend just using the default spss file
