What happens when a third party survey distributor clicks on personal links to check they work?
Can the intended respondent still use the personal link? Would it show as partial completion even though the actual respondent hasn't used the link?

It will show as partial complete and survey will start from the point where it was closed (if not completed).
Whenever third party want to check that data is captured correctly, please create dummy link (e.g using internal email) with attributes that they can use for testing.

Thank you! If they just click on the survey link but did not answer any questions, would it still show up as partial completion? We can request the survey distributor to not click on actual personal links and use only dummy links but have no control over what they actually do. So just wanting to understand how it might affect survey completion or survey progress statistics. Thanks again!

Yes even on single click it will mark link as partial complete (as these are unique links).
