Why some of my contacts failed to be imported?

I am trying to import all my contacts using the same template. Although the maximum number of participants below 500, I only can import some of the list. how can I upload all the list without adding participants emails manually? !

Hi, thanks for your comment. I have uploaded my contact list in a set of a smaller number of contacts, and it is working.

I see this happen sometimes if I try to use the Qualtrics mapping to identify the column names. Try naming your columns exactly what Qualtrics expects and try again.

we had an issue with a huge contact list that we had to upload in batches. Support said that it was a temporary issue with Qualtrics Directory.
