The above replies are correct, Qualtrics documentation states that a new version will be available May 2023.
+48Hi there! Qualtrics will launch a brand new ideation program this month. In the meantime, I would recommend reaching out to your account executives with any product ideas or feedback.

I must have missed that tiny box at the top of the page. It would be nice to remove all the steps to make it more apparent it’s out of date - a suggestion I’ll make later this month when the new form goes live.
