I reported a bug to Qualtrics that they will work on fixing, but they wanted me to post about it here so hopefully it helps others. Our client setup several custom from addresses, but two of them showed unverified on SPF, DKIM, and MX well after 24 hours even though all the records showed correctly in mxtoolbox. We discovered that those two custom from addresses were accidentally made with a space after them in Qualtrics. In Google Chrome, you couldn't see the space when you lighted the address, but in Firefox you could. We created new records without the extra space at the end and immediately MX and SPF showed verified so it verified that was the issue.
