We want to put a condition for site and cart abandonment to our digital assets for mobile/ desktop browsers.
The desktop condition is straightforward - with the mouse movement on the top band, but mobile looks tricky, hence reaching out.
Site abandonment: What is the best condition to understand if the customer is moving out of the site? especially for mobile. we were trying with time spent/ time focussed, but ideally we would like to have a condition on 'inactive time'.
Similarly for Cart abandonment: What is the best condition to understand if the customer is moving out of the cart? and here especially for mobile.
