I’m trying to get the stars question behave as when selecting 3 stars - 3 are becoming highlighted (have color fill) and so forth. 

At the moment I can’t seem to be able to create this experience. It seems weired to me… We don’t mind doing it from the SDK but also there it seems like the option is not available. 

 

Someone was able to reach this experience?

    In Qualtrics, the Stars (rating) question does not support cumulative highlighting by default. When a respondent selects 3 stars, Qualtrics only highlights the selected star {when a respondent selects a star (for example, 3), only that star changes color. The stars before it (1 and 2) do not automatically fill or highlight}, not all stars up to that value.

    So:

    • 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

    • Clicking 3 does not auto-fill 1–3

    • This is expected behavior in the native Stars question

    Thanks ​@Gunjan_Malhotra  but I find it very lacking of understanding customers… this is not the behavior of other stars rating questions out there and customers expect it to select 3 starts… 

    In Qualtrics surveys (XM ones not the app feedback) I can create this in the Java Script and CSS….

    There’s no other way to overcome it here?
